Adobe’s Delicious: Adobe’s del.icio.us page is rife with resources for every one of their products, not limited to just Photoshop.

Absolutecross.com: Has quite a few helpful tutorials, again, not quite as many as some of the others.

Tutorialized’s Photoshop Section: Tons, TONS of tutorials and guides from the king of tech-tutorial sites.

Designertoday Tutorials: Pretty niche tutorials, but worthwhile nonetheless.
