Dental Phobia Prefix
1 February 2007First off, I felt that I should prefix this section with a brief overview of where I, Andrew Leahey, am coming from. I have suffered with a paralyzing fear of needles, and anything dental, for more than 10 years. My starting of this site inspired me to work on overcoming these fears, and that is exactly what I have spent the past few months doing.
I should note that if you don’t yourself suffer from this phobia, some of my articles may seem like parody, or at the very least overly-dramatic. I have a feeling, though, if you do suffer from dental phobia, you will not find any of the articles the slightest bit humorous.
